Itinerary Overview

Join this safari to discover the wonders of Tanzania

Let’s go on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in the South Serengeti of Tanzania during the months of December to June and witness the Great Migration – one of the world’s most awe-inspiring natural wonders.

As the breeding season reaches its peak in February and March, watch thousands of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle converge on the southern plains to mate and give birth. With predators such as lions, leopards, and hyenas lurking around, the calving season transforms into a thrilling wildlife show.

From January to March, the South Serengeti comes to life with the birth of up to 8,000 wildebeest per day, attracting scavengers and predators alike. Marvel at the grazing herds in the Ndutu area and the Lamai Wedge as they embark on their journey northwards.
